OPML (Outline Processor Markup Language) is usually used in feed readers to pull all of your RSS feeds either in or out of the system. It is a very nice and organized way of keeping track of all that data, and it makes it a quick and easy job to backup. OPML Support is an extension for the Mozilla Firefox Web browser that adds OPML import/export functionality to the Firefox Bookmarks manager.
