Link Counter

Ever wondered to yourself how many links are on this very Web site? No, neither have I really but I guess it might something that somebody wants to know. For those folks who do – you should check out the LinkCounter extension for Firefox.

The Link Counter extension, display a count of total links of a web page and his frames in status bar. You can select the link type to count: empty, file, targets, anchors, javascripts, mails, internal and external links.

I could see this being a useful tool for Web developers. Other than that, the only use I could find for it was to prove bets with your friends that you can guess how many links are on the Web page you are on. If that sort of thing amuses you, please stick to your drinking games for now.
