Mozilla.org manages to screw up the UMO/AMO website every time they make a major change. When Firefox 1.0 was released in November 2004, UMO was closed to new extensions and updates for already listed extensions from like mid-December into March 2005 – fortunately The Extensions Mirror was a new a popular web site at that time and it was able to take up the ’slack’, but now-a-days they don’t deliver extensions that are listed at AMO – so we’re SOL for all but the most esoteric.

been gone quite a few weeks now … the themes feed too … hope they sort it out soon … they’re so useful rather than always checking back to the site …

Looks like the Mozilla RSS extensions feed is dead also. I can’t see them leaving that gone for too long though. Probably another thing that will come back as soon as they have the new layout and way of ding things finalized.

This is crap, why would they want to get rid of extensions? I can understand the old ones that are no longer updated but there are a lot of new ones that are missing too.
