Stream Google Search Results

The folks the brought you the CustomizeGoogle extension for Firefox are working on something else that might help you get more out of Google and push forward a new and innovative idea for Online searching.
This CustomizeGoogle feature saves you from the hassle of paging through Google web search results. Whenever you navigate to the end of the page, you dont have to hit the next button. CustomizeGoogle automatically fetches next set of results and appends them to the [...]

Make Gmail Better

Want to make Gmail better? Well the folks over at Lifehacker have put together one heck of a nice Firefox extension – taking some of the best Greasemonkey scripts from around the Web. What does it do? It adds a menu of optional extra features to Gmail. To view the enabled features and get more information on each, in Firefox’s Add-ons dialog, click on Better Gmail’s Preferences dialog.

Gmail’s good, but it could be better. We’ve featured several [...]

Mozilla Digital Memory Bank

Think you might want to go back one day to learn about the history of Mozilla and the Firefox browser? What if somebody like Ben or Asa becomes president one day? Then this stuff might be pretty interesting to look back upon. Ok, it is interesting now. No need to wait for a presidential run. The Mozilla Digital Memory Bank is doing it’s best to preserve as much of Mozilla’s history as it can.
Organized by [...]

Hide Your Menu Bar

Now when it comes to using a browser, some people like a lot of open space and others like to have a plethora of tool bars. Personally I find myself in the first camp – most of the time. That is why I was happy to see this new Hide Menubar extension roll my way.
Now with a name like that, I bet you can’t guess what it does. If you said, “downloads kewl wallpaper” I’m [...]

Watch Out for that Extension!

The folks over at Computer World have put together a list of Firefox extensions that you should avoid. Now I’ll say it from the start, I don’t agree with many of the choices they have on the list. Some like FasterFox (which for me has never improved my speed) I can understand. They don’t want you using Greasemonkey? AdBlock? NoScript? Those I can’t agree with too much.
Instead of calling it a list of extensions to stay [...]

Lean, Green Firefox Machine

Now I am not usually a big fan of the overly designed Firefox themes. There is always an exception to every rule though, and I think I found one to mine. The brilliant TwisterMc has launched his latest digital creation, Miint.
Here are a few words to describe it from the “twisted” one himself.
Miint is not your average theme, it’s been built with the idea that a smaller theme file may make Firefox a bit faster. iPox [...]

Make Delicious Your Bookmark Manager

Alright, maybe I was a little slow with getting this one posted. I had heard about it a few days ago – just haven’t had the time to give you my thoughts. Delicious has updated their Firefox “bookmark replacement” extension and I have to say it is pretty darn nice.
The speed has been improved, and I could really see people now using this on a day to day basis. Having all of your bookmarks there on the [...]

Foxiewire Social Link Sharing

What happens when you mix the social link sharing of a Web site like digg with the fanatical fans of Mozilla’s Firefox? I have a feeling you would get something that looks like the newest edition to the social news bookmarking world Foxiewire.com.
Another new Spread Firefox project, this one shows a lot of promise. It is built on the digg cloning script, pligg – so the interface should be one that you are used to by [...]

Firefox Resource Feedback

Hey, I have been working on this Web site for over a year now, and I don’t think I have asked you even once what you thought. Well, I am about to correct that horrible wrong right now.
Over the past week I have been working on cleaning up some of the back end things here on Firefox Facts. Now I would like to poll you to see what you think. Please vote!
