Firefox Eating IE Icon

Firefox Eating IEWant to pick up one of the more famous Firefox images I have seen Online in icon form? You know the one with the mad Firefox chewing on the Internet Explorer logo? Well now you can. Looks like this guy isn’t the actual artist who first created the image - just a fan who wanted to use it as a desktop icon.

+ Download the Firefox Eating IE Desktop Icon from Deviant Art!

Can someone tell me how to use this icon in Firefox instead of the default one?

Thank you kindly.

On Windows you can right-click the Firefox icon, then go to “Properties”. Then from there go to “Change Icon” around the bottom of the screen the pops up - and there you go. :)

doesn’t work, on XP second edition there’s no such thing as a change icon button…
The properties don’t allow you to change the icon.
I would really like to find out how it is done. There must be an easy way since there are several icons, but i cant find how…

If you are using mac os x, you can get info on the app, click the icon, notice the blue border, copy, go to the place where you want to get it, select the unwanted icon and click paste.

twopeak, where is the icon you are trying to change? Not sure why it wouldn’t be working for you - I too am using Win XP Home SP2.
