If I'd want these capabilities I would install another lightweight addon that would work with Foxmarks. I rather wait until another Foxmarks comes out than "upgrading" to Xmarks. And there seems to be no facility to determine which of two (or more) computers can be the 'master' one if there's conflict (which there would be, once you organize your bookmarks on any one of them).
