Color zilla and Firebug are the most important tools for the developers or designers .
And other browsers are far behind than the browser Mozilla.

Couldn’t agree any more. My favorites are Firebug, Web Developer Toolbar, and the ColorZilla. They are probably my most used Firefox plugins after AutoPager and TwitterFox.
