Can you make Firefox forget about you visiting one website, without clearing out the rest of your saved browser history? Yes, you can – and it is fairly simple to do. This is one great Firefox feature that most do not know about it – so this is why I share it with you today.
The first thing you will need to do is click the Firefox button, and then go to the History menu and select Show All History. This will open the Library window.
Next, search for the website you want to remove from your history. You can do so by typing it’s name in the “Search History” field. Right-click on the website, once you find it, and then select Forget About This Site. Once that has been done – you can close the Library window.
So there you have it, you can use these steps to clear out each specific website you do not want saved to your Firefox history.
