If you like to have your web browser at a certain size for certain tasks, this add-on is a big time saver.  The user interface of the add-on gives you four small buttons, four larger buttons or one large button that switches between the two full screen states.

Firefox Ends Support for Classic Windows Versions

Windows 2000Still using Windows 2000 or Windows XP Pre-SP2? If so, you had better upgrade your operating system.  Mozilla’s Asa Dotzler announced that the Firefox team is moving towards using a newer version of the Visual Studio toolchain.  Once this is done, Mozilla will no longer be able to build for Windows 2000, or Windows XP SP1.

Right-Click Route to Private Browsing Mode

Firefox Private Browsing Mode LauncherFirefox’s private browsing mode is pretty sweet when it comes to surfing the Web and hiding your tracks, however it is still relatively difficult to get into.  Due to this fact, many people forget it is there or never use the private browsing mode feature.  I have found an extension though that allows you to right-click any link and choose to open the link in the private browsing mode in Firefox.  It’s name is Open in Private Browsing Mode.
