Throbber Button

We have all seen the Firefox throbber button, but how many of us actually use it for anything? The only time I use it is when I accidently click on it. Thanks to the Throbber Button extension though, you can now customize it to load whatever Web site you wish. Personally, I think you should set it to load FirefoxFacts.com!

Installing Extensions Delay in Firefox

Now I would not say it is the biggest pain I go through, it is a little annoying though that I have to wait through the “countdown” before I can install an extension in Firefox. You know, that whole 4 seconds or so you have to wait before the “Install Now” shows up. Well, here is a fix for all the folks who don’t like to waste the time waiting.

MR Tech Disable XPI Install Delay extension will eliminate that waiting period and allow you to click “Install Now” immediately. Just install the extension and save yourself some time. How much time will you save by getting rid of the 5-second delay? Let’s put it into perspective.
