According to this Market Share Web site, Firefox is now enjoying 10% of the browser market. That puts Internet Explorer at 85% and everybody else in that other 5%. So thanks to Microsoft people can download all that IM, media playing, and alternative browsers such as Firefox? John Carroll talking about his frustrations with Antitrust lead Asa Dotzler to fight back with this:
John, your company broke the law. Microsoft was managed by lawbreakers and thugs who strong-armed OEMs that were already shipping a superior browser to millions and millions of users. Microsoft cheated. There is no honor in that, and even less in your sad attempt at defending it.
