If you are looking for the best dark theme to decorate your Firefox browser with, take a look at Bloomind FT DeepDark 2. While the name does not roll off the tongue, it is the most downloaded Firefox theme at the moment via the Firefox Add-ons website.
Great Dark Theme for Firefox
LavaFox – Purple, Green and Black Themes

Time to dig through the newest Firefox themes to see what treasures we can find. Today’s selection comes in three different flavors, green, purple and black and is known simply as LavaFox.
Dark, Cool and Dangerous Firefox Theme

It isn’t that often I get to gush over how awesome a dark theme for Firefox is. There just are not that many worth getting worked up over. However, the SmallringFX series of themes are well worth downloading and trying for yourself.
NightShade for Firefox

Looking for a darker Firefox theme, that has some aspects of the new Firefox 4.0 look built inside? If so, check out NightShade. This slick dark theme is almost a perfect representation of how a great dark theme should look.
Metal3D – Dark, Wooden and Classy Firefox Theme

Looking for a theme that is new, stylish and one of a kind? This type a theme comes too few an far between these days. So with that said, let us all enjoy the Metal 3D theme.
Gradient iBlu

Feeling a little iBlu today?
This is a great unique theme I have been keeping my eye on for some time now. Gradient iBlu gives you a nice and simple black interface to work from with gradient colored blue icons, that stand out from the rest of the pack.
Turn the Lights Out on Firefox
Looking to make Firefox a little darker, and perhaps even more mysterious? Look no further than the BlackFox theme for Firefox.

This is one of the few dark Firefox themes I could see myself using on a regular basis.
Bringing the God of War to Firefox
Are you a big fan of the God of War series of video games? If so, another big fan has made a Firefox theme for you to use. Check out the new (and obviously named) God of War theme for Firefox.

Overall, I really like the detail they went into with this theme, it looks like no menu was left un-turned. However, the icons (even in small icon mode) are still pretty large and in charge. If they could edit those down some, this one would rank up there with some of the other great video game inspired Firefox themes. Here is a closer look at some of the icons that have been customized for this theme:

With a little tweaking, this theme could be number one. So if you like God of War, and you like Firefox themes with big interfaces – then, you have found your perfect theme to use. You can pick up the God of War theme for Firefox over at the Firefox Add-ons web site.
Stratini – Back in Black (and in Firefox)!
The Stratini theme is not a new theme to Firefox Facts readers, as I have already sung it’s praises once before. But now, the developer has released a darker version of the same theme – and I do have to say – it looks very sleek.
Here is a little more about the theme from the developer:
Black Stratini is my Stratini theme with a dose of the darkness. All highlights are in dark blue, as blue is the most common highlight color for Windows and Mac color schemes. Black Stratini uses Stratini Padded icons and spacing in Large Icons mode and Stratini icons in Small Icons and Teeny modes. This gives Black Stratini the unique ability to have three very different sizes in one package.
You can pick up and use Black Stratini from the Firefox Add-ons web site. Which do you like more, the light background or the black background, for this awesome browsing skin?
Cover Firefox in Black Steel
Want to coat your favorite browser in Black Steel? The Black Steel theme for Firefox might not exactly be my cup of tea, however it does have a simplistic dark appeal that I am sure many will love. If your searching for a black theme, it is one of the best looking ones of the bunch too.

The entire theme is very sleek and polished feeling. One feature that it provides that many other dark themes are lacking is that it is still easy to read the menus and other text inside the browser too, without having to slowly inch your face towards your monitor.
You can pick up the Black Steel theme over on the Firefox Add-ons site.
