I hate the fact that I have no control when it comes to loading PDF files in the browser. That is the reason I picked up the PDF Download Firefox extension. This extension allows to choose if you want to view a PDF file inside the browser (as PDF or HTML), if you want to view it outside Firefox with your default or custom PDF reader, or if you want to download it! This is how PDF controls should have been done in the first place.

Making Acrobat Reader Faster In Firefox

I don’t look at many Acrobat files on a day by day basis, but I can only imagine how frustrating it might be doing it over and over again in Firefox. It is a little on the slow side. The folks over at Propellerhead.tv have some tips on how to make the process a little faster for everybody.
