Kid Friendly Browsing with KidZui

Looking for a way to keep the kids busy while you wrap the Christmas presents this year?

KidZui is an addition to Firefox that with one click turns the browser into a kid-safe environment with over a million kid-friendly websites, games, pictures, and YouTube videos.  I do have to say that this service might be a nice gateway to allow younger kids to get on the Web without much need to worry.
Another feature they pride themselves on is when locked down, [...]

FireNes – Nintendo on your Browser

A somewhat questionable Firefox addition, FireNes promises to deliver you more than 2,500 Nintendo games in your browser.  After doing some research, it appears this addon is fetching games from another online Java powered NES emulator.  Controls are limited to arrow keys, Enter, Ctrl, Z and X – but hey what do you expect?
They are just Nintendo games after all.
You can pickup the add-on via Mozilla’s web site (after registration) or via Softonic.  If your looking for the same thing [...]

PONG! Multiplayer

Playing pong might not be anything new, but how about multiplayer pong? With the PONG! Multiplayer extension for Firefox you too can challenge your friends and foes in a battle of pong combat.
This extension also features a full blown chat application. Chat with everyone in the Multiplayer lobby, or just with your opponent while playing a game. Want to take on your best buddy? Just type the nickname or ip-address of a friend, and he/she will get [...]

Xultris – Tetris Clone

I often find myself surfing from Web site to Web site looking for something to do. If you have found yourself in this place more than once, than give the Xultris Firefox extension a shot. When clicked, it launches you into an adictive game of Tetris. This is the ultimate answer to time killing.

Froggr

I haven’t really understood or liked a lot of the games that have been built in as extensions for Firefox. For those folks out there who actually like to break out into a random game or two, there is Froggr.
Froggr is a clone of the classic Frogger game. The thing that is different here is they took the last vowel out of the name, which makes it ten times more fun.
