Firefox Calendars

I always hate this time of year because I wait till the last minute to find a new calendar.

I like to have a less than digital one so that I can write dates and important information on it. With time management, I am still a little behind the times old school. One set of calendars that caught my attention yesterday were these on and about Firefox.

Now you can promote Firefox all the new year long with this 2007 calendars created by yours truly. They are available as PDFs in A4 and Letter sizes in two colors: Dark and Fire. Hopefully, some more will come soon.

I have to say these are pretty neat and I might have to save one for myself.

Easier Photo Management

If there is anything that I enjoy it is having a tool that makes my life just a little easier. Just like anybody else out there I love my Flickr account. I do wish I had a better way of managing and uploading my photos though. Well look no further, FotoFox looks like it is trying hard to become my new best friend.

FotoFox allows you to easily select, tag, title and upload pictures from your computer to an online photo album. Works with Flickr, Tabblo, 23hq, Smugmug, and Marela. It is still a young extension – and has plenty of room to grow. I do have to say though that it has one heck of a nice head start.

Favicon Picker 2

Not too long ago, I shared the fact that my bookmark toolbar menu doesn’t have any text on the bookmarks I have listed there. Text takes up too much room, and why is it needed when you have a favicon for the Web site? The only problem to that is that not every Web site has a favicon to pick. That is where Favicon Picker 2 comes into the picture.

Free Firefox Wallpaper

Over at rakaz they have a nice selection of Firefox-themed wallpaper. Now when it comes to Firefox wallpaper (for the most part) I have yet to see a really good looking one. Some of these though are the closest I have ever seen to being very usable. If you want to show everybody how much you love our favorite browser – pick them up.

Pickup Photo Uploader

Now don’t get me wrong, a lot of the photo sharing Web sites out there give you a lot of options when it comes to putting content on the Web site. My problem is that I do not really like any of the choices I have so far. So what is a guy to do? I just found the Pickup Photo Uploader the other day, and it has solved my photo uploading problems.

Save as Image

When it comes to saving things from the Web, it has been a long time since I have seen a good tool that allows you to save images. Everything pretty much does the same old stuff. There is nothing new, exciting or different under the sun. Well, that was the case till I checked out the Save As Image Firefox extension.

DownloadHelper

The Web is a fabulous thing. You can gather a number of images, sounds and videos in a matter of seconds. The only problem is that there is no quick and easy way of getting this done. Saving a number of galleries is always a pain in the rear. Well, that was the case till I found the DownloadHelper Firefox extension.
