Want to speed up your flash video watching? By default, Firefox takes a sort of “snapshot” of whatever you are doing every ten seconds. Why? It is so that the browser can restore itself, just in case of a crash. Now you might ask, what does this have to do with flash videos? Well, the snapshot action is what is causing your ten second delay, at times, with watching flash videos on the Web.

One of the negative side effects of a new version of Firefox rolling out is the fact that some Firefox theme creators neglect to update their themes to the newest versions. So, when updating our browser, that leaves some of us in the dark, when it comes to using the themes we know and love. However, this time around many more popular themes have been updated to support Firefox 3.5 and here are my favorite ten for you to choose from.

Here is a little more about the extension from the developer:

Palette Grabber is a Firefox extension for web designers. It adds an “Export color palette” command to your Tools menu; selecting this command will extract a color palette for the current page and export it to a Photoshop/Illustrator color palette file. It’s useful for creating mockups of new designs which share a color palette with an existing design.

The Palette Grabber extension supports Photoshop, Flash, PaintShop Pro, GIMP, Adobe Fireworks, and Mac OS X Color Picker palette formats. You can pick it up from the official web site at http://www.gusprevas.info/palettegrabber/.

Here is what I had to say about them a few weeks back on the Lunarpages Lunartics Web site:

Don’t you hate it when your looking how to do that one little thing on your Web site, but just can not figure out how to get it done? I’ve got a neat resource that will help you keep track of some of the best resources out there and keep all of your favorites at your fingertips. The Web site tlbox.com has a slew of good programing and design tools to help you out.

Yet another great tool for anybody to have in their web development tool belt.
